"Who I am makes a difference"
I’ve been in the Internet Marketing industry for a few years now. I knew that list building was important. My problem is that I could never find anyone that was promoting the same niches that I could trust. Everyone claims to be making thousands of dollars per month online, but most people are just lying through their teeth.
I know you have seen all of the wild claims out there. I got scammed just a few months ago. I decided to do an ad swap with one of the other guys in my niche. I had a list of over 4,000 people, and I wanted to share my list with a fellow marketer. I found a guy in my niche that had a list of over 214,500 people! We went through a few negotiations, and he agreed to promote my new dating website if I agreed to promote his dating website and pay him $773. He even showed me a screenshot of his Aweber account, so I thought I could trust this guy. I was so excited! I thought I was going to make a fortune!
I went ahead and sent out my email for his website. He picked up several new members. He sent out my website to his list. I only got three new members! I knew something was wrong, so I emailed the guy. Of course, he was long gone with my money, and I was out of $773!
This was a major loss to my business. I was so ticked off! At that point, I pretty much decided that I couldn’t trust anyone! I gave up on the ad swaps for a few months until my IM friend told me about Safe-Swap.
It looked promising…so I decided to try it for a month. You talk about great…this is the safest membership site I’ve ever seen. Everyone has membership profiles, so I know people aren’t telling me a bunch of BS when they say they have a huge list! I can tell if someone gets negative feedback, and I have already made several new connections for my niches. It is easy to use, and I feel protected now! I don’t know what I would do without
SafeSwaps!

"Who I am makes a difference"
Jesus is the ultimate leader. During His life on earth, he turned three years of ministry into a worldwide movement that changed history. Today, more people follow Him than any other leader in the world. As a model leader, Jesus practiced the most vital principles of leadership—and he provides an example for us to imitate. Here are some observations…
1. Leadership is servanthood. (Mark 8:35, Matthew 20:25)
“He who is greatest among you shall be your servant.” (Matthew 23:11)
At the last supper, Jesus modeled servanthood by washing His disciples feet—including Judas Iscariot, the one who would betray Him! He showed us that servanthood begins with a secure leader (John 13:3). Jesus knew His position and was willing not to flaunt it. He knew His calling, and was willing to be faithful to it. He knew His future and was willing to submit to it. He had nothing to prove, nothing to lose and nothing to hide. He was into towels not titles.
2. Let your purpose prioritize your life. (Luke 19:10, Matthew 6:33)
“Father, I have glorified you on earth, having accomplished the purpose you have given Me to do (John 17:4).”
In many ways, the entire life and ministry of Jesus was about setting priorities and living by them. When He said, “Let the dead bury their own dead,” Jesus spoke to the need to not be distracted from the real and most important goal, even those emergency situations that claim our attention (Matthew 8:22). When His friend Lazarus died, he stayed focused on what He was doing, and didn’t leave to visit him for two days. He was a man on a mission (Luke 9:51). Leadership must be driven, not by the whims of people but by your God-given purpose.
3. Live the life before you lead others. (Luke 7:22, John 14:11)
“The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good, the evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings for what is evil” (Matthew 12:35)
Jesus taught us to put “being” before “doing.” At one point, John the Baptist sent a question to Jesus: “Are You the coming One, or do we look for another?”
Jesus could have answered indignantly. Instead, He said, “Go, and tell John the things you have seen and heard: that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear and the gospel is preached to the poor (Luke 7:22).” Jesus let His actions speak for Him. He knew that people do what people see, not necessarily what they hear.
4. Impact comes from relationships not positions. (John 4:5-30, 8:1-11)
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this will all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35)
Jesus knew the importance of relationships. He did not set up a throne in the middle of each city and say, “This is my palace. This is the only place you can see Me.” He went to the marketplace. He went to the boats of fishermen. He went to the synagogue. He went to the homes of people. He went everywhere. He “went through the towns, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere (Luke 9:6).”
5. Leaders must replenish themselves. (Mark 3:7-10, Luke 4:42-43)
“Come yourselves out apart into a desert place, and rest a while.” (Mark 6:31)
Life is demanding. People are demanding. The more you succeed, the more you lead, and the more people will demand of you. Replenishing yourself requires your attention. Many times, Jesus would leave a crowd of people—the very people He was sent to serve—and depart into a place of solitude. He knew that times of solitude with His Father in heaven would enable Him to regain perspective and refuel Himself for what was to come. If Jesus needed to replenish Himself, how much more do we need to as well!
6. Great leaders call for great commitment. (John 6:53, Matthew 16:24)
“And He summoned the multitude with the disciples and said to them, ‘If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, take up His cross and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save His life shall lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s shall save it (Mark 8:34-35).”
Jesus had the greatest product on earth: salvation. He offered the human race an opportunity to have a relationship with God. He spoke of heaven and angels, joy and peace, and mansions in glory. But, He never painted a distorted picture. He warned His disciples of persecution. (Matthew 10:17) He cautioned them about afflictions. (Matthew 24:9)
He spoke of loneliness. (Matthew 8:20) Jesus continually prepared His followers for the tough times.
7. Leaders show security and strength when handling tough issues. (Luke 20:20-26, Matthew 22:23-46)
“And He left them again, and went away and prayed a third time… Then, He came to the disciples, and said to them, ‘Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? Behold, the hour is at hand and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. Arise, let us be going; behold, the one who betrays Me is at hand! (Matthew 26:44-46)
Jesus handled tough issues, by…
a. Rising early and gaining perspective. b. Remaining calm during difficult times.
c. Agreeing with His adversary quickly. d. Handling wrongdoing immediately.
e. Finishing what He started.
8. Great leaders lead on a higher level. (John 16:33, Matthew 16:24)
“In the world the Gentiles lord it over one another, but it shall not be so among you…” (Matthew 20:25)
Jesus led on a higher level than others, and called for a higher commitment from His followers. Jesus demonstrated leadership that was never satisfied with mediocrity. Leaders do not merely get by, and maintain what has already been. Jesus knew credibility comes from solving problems. His leadership surpassed normal expectations. Despite His own lowly beginnings, He led people to a life they could never achieve on their own.
9. Leaders choose and develop their key people. (Luke 10:1, Matt. 10:1)
“Jesus chose the twelve that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach.” (Mark 3:14)
Effective leaders know their success is impacted by those who are closest to them. They do not leave this issue to chance. They select who will be on their team, and pay close attention to who will play crucial roles on that team. Jesus never took a vote; He made deliberate choices about everything, and even stayed up all night praying before He chose His disciples. He consistently challenged people to take deeper steps on commitment to the cause of the Kingdom.
Principles of Jesus’ plan of team building included selection, impartation, delegation, supervision and reproduction.
10. Great leaders know that there is no success without a successor. (Matthew 28:18-20, John 20:21-22)
“The works that I do, you shall do, and greater works, because I go to the Father…” (John 14:12)
Almost from the first day He was with them, Jesus told His followers that he would be with them only a short time. From time to time they argued with Him about the limited tenure He described, but He continued to reiterate that it was right for Him to go. From the beginning, He prepared them for life when He was gone. He modeled how to depend on the Holy Spirit and impact others.
Jesus IDEA of mentoring:
I – Instruction in a life related context. He taught them with his words.
D – Demonstration in a life related context. He taught them by His example.
E – Experience in a life related context. He taught them with their own experience.
A – Assessment in a life related context. He taught them through evaluating their growth.
“Jesus said, ‘Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19)

"Who I am makes a difference"
Effective business networking is the linking together of individuals who, through trust and relationship building, become walking, talking advertisements for one another.
Keep in mind that networking is about being genuine and authentic, building trust and relationships, and seeing how you can help others.
Ask yourself what your goals are in participating in networking meetings so that you will pick groups that will help you get what you are looking for. Some meetings are based more on learning, making contacts, and/or volunteering rather than on strictly making business connections.
Visit as many groups as possible that spark your interest. Notice the tone and attitude of the group. Do the people sound supportive of one another? Does the leadership appear competent? Many groups will allow you to visit two times before joining.
Hold volunteer positions in organizations. This is a great way to stay visible and give back to groups that have helped you.
Ask open-ended questions in networking conversations. This means questions that ask who, what, where, when, and how as opposed to those that can be answered with a simple yes or no. This form of questioning opens up the discussion and shows listeners that you are interested in them.
Become known as a powerful resource for others. When you are known as a strong resource, people remember to turn to you for suggestions, ideas, names of other people, etc. This keeps you visible to them.
Have a clear understanding of what you do and why, for whom, and what makes your doing it special or different from others doing the same thing. In order to get referrals, you must first have a clear understanding of what you do that you can easily articulate to others.
Be able to articulate what you are looking for and how others may help you. Too often people in conversations ask, "How may I help you?" and no immediate answer comes to mind.
Follow through quickly and efficiently on referrals you are given. When people give you referrals, your actions are a reflection on them. Respect and honor that and your referrals will grow.
Call those you meet who may benefit from what you do and vice versa. Express that you enjoyed meeting them, and ask if you could get together and share ideas.

To your success, God Bless Phil

"Who I am makes a difference"

"Who's the Boss?" 10 ways to start taking control (time management, goal setting, record tracking)
At first glance, it would seem that positive thinking and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) have nothing to do with one another. But many of us with ADD develop negative thinking patterns because we become frustrated by our challenges and frequent feelings of being overwhelmed. This negative outlook then makes it even harder for us to manage those challenges and move forward.
Practicing positive thinking allows people with ADD to focus on our strengths and accomplishments, which increases happiness and motivation. This, in turn, allows us to spend more time making progress, and less time feeling down and stuck. The following tips provide practical suggestions that you can use to help you shift into more positive thinking patterns:
1. Take Good Care of Yourself
It's much easier to be positive when you are eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest.
2. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Grateful For
Stresses and challenges don't seem quite as bad when you are constantly reminding yourself of the things that are right in life. Taking just 60 seconds a day to stop and appreciate the good things will make a huge difference.
3. Look for the Proof Instead of Making Assumptions
A fear of not being liked or accepted sometimes leads us to assume that we know what others are thinking, but our fears are usually not reality. If you have a fear that a friend or family member's bad mood is due to something you did, or that your co-workers are secretly gossiping about you when you turn your back, speak up and ask them. Don't waste time worrying that you did something wrong unless you have proof that there is something to worry about.
4. Refrain from Using Absolutes
Have you ever told a partner "You're ALWAYS late!" or complained to a friend "You NEVER call me!"? Thinking and speaking in absolutes like 'always' and 'never' makes the situation seem worse than it is, and programs your brain into believing that certain people are incapable of delivering.
5. Detach From Negative Thoughts
Your thoughts can't hold any power over you if you don't judge them. If you notice yourself having a negative thought, detach from it, witness it, and don't follow it.
6. Squash the "ANTs"
In his book "Change Your Brain, Change Your Life," Dr. Daniel Amen talks about "ANTs" - Automatic Negative Thoughts. These are the bad thoughts that are usually reactionary, like "Those people are laughing, they must be talking about me," or "The boss wants to see me? It must be bad!" When you notice these thoughts, realize that they are nothing more than ANTs and squash them!
7. Practice Lovin', Touchin' & Squeezin' (Your Friends and Family)
You don't have to be an expert to know the benefits of a good hug. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. One research study on this subject had a waitress touch some of her customers on the arm as she handed them their checks. She received higher tips from these customers than from the ones she didn't touch!
8. Increase Your Social Activity
By increasing social activity, you decrease loneliness. Surround yourself with healthy, happy people, and their positive energy will affect you in a positive way!
9. Volunteer for an Organization, or Help another Person
Everyone feels good after helping. You can volunteer your time, your money, or your resources. The more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive in return.
10. Use Pattern Interrupts to Combat Rumination
If you find yourself ruminating, a great way to stop it is to interrupt the pattern and force yourself to do something completely different. Rumination is like hyper-focus on something negative. It's never productive, because it's not rational or solution-oriented, it's just excessive worry. Try changing your physical environment - go for a walk or sit outside. You could also call a friend, pick up a book, or turn on some music.
When it comes to the corporate world, protocol is pretty much the religion. To know the things needed to do are the basics of productivity, but interaction and having a steady mind makes up the entire thing to true productivity. There are those who seem to work well even under pressure, but they're uncommon ones and we are human and imperfect. To get these little things like stress under our skins won't solve our problems. Sometimes it takes a bit of courage to admit that we're turning to be workaholics than tell ourselves that we're not doing our best.

"Who I am makes a difference"
Almost everyone have heard the hit single 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin's simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.
Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.
One of the better things ever said is - 'The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change', and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.
Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along with well with
Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy.
To be happy is relatively easy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.
There are several ways by which you can do this.
Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.
News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can't start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.
A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.
Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.
Laugh and laugh heartily everyday. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -'Laughter is the best medicine'.
Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.
Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.
Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday. Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.
Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.
Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.
These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.
And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln, he says that, "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

You have a great idea for a new product or service. Before a bank or investment firm will lend you money to get off the ground, you'll need to craft a solid business proposal. Follow these relatively simple steps to get your foot in the door on getting enough mullah to survive the arduous task of developing your product and making your dream a reality.
**Step 1**
Talk with somebody who has written several successful business proposals. Ask what worked and what didn't.
**Step 2**
Outline a two-part proposal. The first part will describe the business opportunity and your plans to take advantage of it. The second will present financial data - tax returns, a balance sheet and a summary of your operating plan.
**Step 3**
Write the proposal. Limit the first part to 10 pages. Make it concise and clear. When describing the market opportunity, cite sources.
**Step 4**
Explain what makes you and your company different from competitors. Perhaps you have special skills and experiences. You might have a new technology. Talk about your achievements in the industry.
**Step 5**
Describe the segment of the market you will pursue. Discuss what you will do to take market share away from competitors.
**Step 6**
Identify prospective customers. Explain why you are targeting them.
**Step 7**
Summarize your marketing plan. Offer details, but be brief.
**Step 8**
Discuss any regulatory issues your company might have to deal with.
**Step 9**
Identify the management team. Who are the top three people in the company? Give brief biographical sketches.
**Step 10**
Describe your expectations regarding revenue and cash flow for the first year. Discuss how much money you think you will need to get started, how it will be used, and where you plan to obtain it.
Please fell free to share your comments and tips.
To your success,
God Bless

I’m sure by now you’ve heard about Sweeva and hopefully have a general idea of how the site works. The basics are you view a site with other surfers, add your comments, vote on the site, and on to the next site. To get your site seen, you bid for a time and can be present for questions when your site is viewed. If that’s not clear, you can get the facts at the site.
For the first time ever, I can say that this is truly innovative and my hearty congratulations to the creators.
I joinined Sweeva 2 months ago,, here is my opinion of the site.
PRO - COMMENTING ON SITE BEING VIEWED
Huge, huge benefit here, and most unexpected. Because you gain points for commenting on a site, it really forces you to take a close look and see what you do like and don’t like. (Being able to say continuously that I don’t like autoplaying audios/videos has helped relieve some stress!) I’ve found this carries over into my other TE surfing, and I’m looking at the pages much more closely than I ever did, And I sometimes begin searching fruitlessly for the “thumbs down” button on other TEs when I’ve been “sweeving” for a while. Now obviously the real benefit here is getting inspiration and ideas for your own splash pages. A closer view does help you sort out what you like, and being able to get other viewpoints lets you know what others find appealing.
CON - COMMENTING ON SITE BEING VIEWED
There are several problems/difficulties with this one. Firstly, just saying “nice site” is not particularly helpful, so you have to think about what to say - ouch! I think we surfers are used to more mindlessness in our surfing. Secondly, after seeing the site for the umpteenth time, what is there left to say? I’ve already made my brilliantly incisive comment (lol)! Thirdly, and sadly, some users use the comments for spam or meanness. However, I’m sure they’ll be quickly weeded out.
PRO - VOTING ON SITE BEING VIEWED
The site itself is simple to use, and I was up and running in about 15 minutes. My first bid was accepted and I have received several positive comments on my splash page. I’m not sure about how many credits are used per view - my credits seemed to disappear quickly. But I haven’t looked into it closely enough to say.
The actual surfing is smooth and easy. The timer gives you plenty of time to comment on the site and vote. It’s interesting to read other people’s take on a site, and the big bonus is being able to ask the page owner questions.
CON - VOTING ON SITE BEING VIEWED
There really is no downside - the only difficulty is deciding how to vote, and all I can say about that is, thank goodness for the “unsure” choice!
PRO - BIDDING TO GET YOUR SITE SEEN
I expected to have trouble figuring this part out, but turns out it’s a very simple process. The beauty and genius of this method is that you get to be present when your site is viewed. You are able to answer any questions and interact with the people viewing your site. This for me is the best part of Sweeva.
CON - BIDDING TO GET YOUR SITE SEEN
So you might have to bid more to get your site seen during prime viewing times…not really a con.
A COUPLE OF CAVEATS
There is quite a bit of repetition as far as the sites go. You do see the same pages often so making a new comment is difficult. The other thing I’ve seen is people are getting awards for generic splash pages made by the sites rather than by the affiliates. Originality should be rewarded - using generic splashes shouldn’t.
A FEW FINAL THOUGHTS…
I confess, I was expecting to not like this type of surfing at all, and to my delight, I love it! It is rather addicitive and does make surfing other TEs seem such a solitary and mindless activity. I enjoy viewing a site with other surfers and seeing what they have to say. It’s great to be able to ask questions about a program before you decide to join.
Overall, Sweeva is truly innovative and different. If you haven’t tried it yet, jump in and take a look. This takes surfing to a whole new level.
