HOW DO WE DO ALL OF THIS?
OceanSwell's Team Atlantis is based upon the concept of a 'rotator' method and has 3 critical Phases. Everyone in the team promotes both the team ads and, if they choose, their personalized splash (ads). Members receive fast track bonuses in the amount of 17.95 each for signups.
PHASE I
The first phase is to fills your first level in the matrix (3 referrals). Once you have filled your first level, your commissions of $18 will cover all future TrafficWave fees, you will no longer be out of pocket and you will be automatically moved to Phase II.
PHASE II
The second phase puts you at Tidal Wave Level by giving you an additional two (2) referrals. Your total is now five (5) referrals. At this level, you will draw 25% commissions and are automatically moved into Phase III. Now you have a very nice supplemental monthly income.
PHASE III
The third phase puts you at Tsunami Level by giving you an additional five (5) referrals. Your total is now ten (10) referrals. At this level, you will draw 50% commissions. Now youre receiving the BIG bucks. Whoooo Hoooooo!!!

If you happen to lose a signup, that lost signup will be replaced. This will happen either through your personal branding page or through the teams efforts. Whichever comes first.
